云南春燥环境下小鼠气道RS及IL-8含量的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过观测云南春燥环境条件下小鼠气道中粘多糖(RS)、白介素8(IL-8)含量的变化,探究春燥环境对小鼠气道津液代谢及卫外功能的影响,并阐释"燥胜则干"、"肺津耗伤"、"燥犯肺卫"、"肺卫失司"等中医理论。方法复制云南春燥环境的多重因素作用于实验小鼠,并以桑杏汤灌胃反证模型。结果模型组小鼠气道RS含量相较于正常组有显著降低(P<0.01);加水组小鼠气道RS含量有明显下降(P<0.05);桑杏汤组小鼠气道RS相较模型组含量有显著提升(P<0.01);模型组、加水组小鼠相较于正常组,气道IL-8含量明显升高(P<0.05);桑杏汤组小鼠气道IL-8含量下降趋势明显(P>0.05)。结论处于云南春燥环境下的小鼠气道RS含量显著降低、IL-8含量升高明显,且在桑杏汤的干预下均有改善,可初步将RS、IL-8纳入云南春燥动物模型的观测及评价的指标体系之中进一步研究。 Objective:To study the effect of spring dry environment on the metabolism of airway body fluid and external health functions in mice by observing the changes of mucopolysaccharide(RS)and interleukin-8(IL-8)contents in airways of the mice in the spring dry environment of Yunnan and explain the traditional Chinese medicine theories such as“dryness brings out deficiency of fluid”,“lung fluid hurts”,“dryness offends lung”and“lung health loses”.Methods:The laboratory mice were replicated to multiple factors of spring dry environment of Yunnan and the disproof model was made by gavage administration of Sangxing Decoction.Results:The airway RS content of the mice in the model group was significantly lower than that of the normal group(P<0.01).The airway RS content of the mice in the water added group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with that of the model group,the content of the airway RS of the mice in the Sangxingtang group significantly increased(P<0.01)and compared with that of the normal group,the airway IL-8 content of mice in the model group and the water added group significantly increased(P<0.05).The IL-8 content in the airway of the Sangxingtang group had a significant downward trend(P>0.05).Conclusion:The airway RS content of mice in the spring dry environment of Yunnan was significantly reduced,and IL-8 content was significantly increased,and the content of the two groups improved under the intervention of Sangxing Decoction.RS and IL-8 can be initially included in the indicator system of animal model observation and evaluation.in the spring dry environment for further study.
