Research on the Management of Finished Products Protection in Nuclear Power Projects

本文针对核电项目的成品保护特点,依据现场成品保护管理实践经验,梳理建安阶段现场各类设备的存储要求,总结概括设备保养的基本要求和设备防护的基本方法,通过对现场设备采取划分存储等级,并进一步划分重要性类别的管理措施,细化识别成品保护对象的基本特征,从体系管理和组织管理方面,探究适合建安阶段项目现场成品保护管理的方法和模式,以便为后续项目现场成品保护管理工作提供参考依据。

In view of the characteristics of finished product protection of nuclear power project,and based on the practical experience of field finished product protection management,on-site finished product protection management research combs the storage requirements of various kinds of equipment in the construction and installation stage to summarize the basic requirements of equipment maintenance and the basic methods of equipment protection.In order to identify the basic features of finished product protection object,it adopts the management method of dividing the storage level of field equipment to further divide categories of importance.In the hope to provide a reference for the on-site finished product protection in follow-up project,this article,explores the methods and modes suitable for the field product protection management in the construction and security stage from the aspects of system management and organization management.
