摘要
在中央企业的先行引领下,中资企业每年在对外承包工程板块以多样的方式承接着多类型的项目。为保证市场的成功开发和项目的成功实施,既要求企业适应外部宏观的政治、经济、社会和法律的环境,也需要让企业自身管理能力具有国际化应变能力。本文从新市场进入、项目开发、项目执行和交付等项目全过程对项目业务进行梳理,分析了项目开发和执行过程中所应注意的关键因素和事项,对承接项目的前期策划和履约项目的风险防控提出建议。
Under the leading guidance of national enterprises,Chinese-funded enterprises undertake various types of projects in the foreign contracted engineering sector each year.In order to ensure the successful development of the market and the successful implementation of the project,it not only requires companies to adapt to the external macro-political,economic,social and legal environment,but also requires the company's own management capabilities to have international adaptability.This article sorts out the project business from the whole process of new market entry,project development,project execution and delivery,analyzes the key factors and matters that should be paid attention to in the process of project development and execution,and makes recommendations for the preliminary planning of the undertaking project and the risk prevention and control of the performance project.
