基于村庄分类的如东县域村庄发展策略研究

Research on Village Development Strategy of Rudong County Based on Village Classification

随着新型城镇化的推进和“乡村振兴”概念的提出,乡村发展备受关注,但也暴露出大量问题。本研究结合如东县域村庄发展条件,构建村庄发展潜力评价体系,并基于评价体系将村庄进行分类,同时进行进一步修正。最后,针对不同类别村庄提出相应的村庄发展策略以及规划建设指引。

With the promotion of new urbanization and the introduction of the concept of"rural revitalization",rural development has attracted much attention,but it has also exposed a lot of problems.In this study,combined with the development conditions of villages in Rudong County,an evaluation system for the development potential of villages was constructed.Based on the evaluation system,villages were classified and further modified.Finally,corresponding village development strategies and planning and construction guidelines are proposed for different types of villages.
