规范化的工程建设合同管理可以明确合同双方责任,有利于工程建设施工的稳定开展,实现合同双方利益最大化。随着社会经济活动的发展,工程建设合同管理中出现很多问题,都需要对合同进行规范化科学化的管理。本文对工程建设合同管理的现状进行了分析,结合工程建设合同管理中存在的问题及原因,具有针对性的提出了相应的合同管理对策。

Standardized engineering construction contract management can clarify the responsibilities of both parties to the contract,which is conducive to the stable development of engineering construction and maximizes the interests of both parties.With the development of social and economic activities,many problems have arisen in the management of engineering construction contracts,which require standardized and scientific management of contracts.This paper analyzes the current situation of engineering construction contract management,and combined with the problems and reasons existing in engineering construction contract management,puts forward corresponding contract management countermeasures.
