摘要
EPC总承包是目前常见的总承包管理模式,涵盖设计、采购、施工,俗称交钥匙工程,那么如何向建设单位提交满意的工程呢,那就要全过程管理,建立以项目为核心,以结果为导向的理念,从前期策划、工程实施、竣工收尾、整体移交等环节,本着“安全履约,信用履约、守时履约”的总方针,建立完善的项目管理制度和体系,从而推进项目实施。
EPC general contracting is a common general contracting management mode at present,covering design,procurement,and construction.It is commonly known as turnkey projects.To submit a satisfactory project to the construction unit,it is necessary to manage the whole process,establish a project-oriented and result-oriented concept,and establish a complete project management system in accordance with the general policy of"safe performance,credit performance,and punctual performance"from the links of early planning,project implementation,completion,and overall handover to promote project implementation.
