摘要
本文由前人的研究成果出发,使用宏观分析工具PEST模型对蔚来汽车的宏观市场环境进行定性分析。基于PEST模型,宏观市场环境可以分为政治法律环境、经济环境、社会文化环境和科学技术环境四个维度,本文试从这四个维度出发,分析蔚来汽车的宏观市场环境,并由蔚来汽车所面对的国内电动汽车宏观环境所带来的机会与挑战,给予其他新能源车企若干发展建议。
Based on the research results of predecessors,this paper uses the macro analysis tool PEST model to qualitatively analyze the macro market environment of NIO.Based on the PEST model,the macro market environment can be divided into four dimensions:political and legal environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment,and science and technology environment.Starting from these four dimensions,this paper attempts to analyze the macro market environment of NIO,and the opportunities and challenges brought by the macro environment of domestic electric vehicles that NIO faces,and give some development suggestions to other new energy car companies.
