摘要
钢质海底输水管道其强度高、运输方便、耐冲击、承受压力高但是钢管不耐腐蚀,海底输水管外部受海水浸泡,防腐条件差,运行过程中基本无维护,且相比较油气管道,输水管道的外部一般不采用混凝土外包保护,因此对海底输水钢管的防腐要求较高,输水管道的防腐维护是海底管道安全重要保障。本文结合现有的材料防腐工艺及舟山市大陆引水工程的防腐设计,提出钢质海底输水管道防腐方案及牺牲阳极设计方法,提高海底输水钢管的使用年限。
The steel submarine pipeline has high strength,convenient transportation,high impact resistance,high pressure,but the steel pipe is not corrosion resistant,the exterior of the submarine pipeline is soaked in seawater,the anticorrosion condition is poor,the operation process is basically no maintenance,and compared with the oil and gas pipeline,the exterior of the pipeline is generally not protected by concrete,so the anticorrosion requirement of the submarine pipeline is high.The anticorrosion maintenance of the pipeline is an important guarantee for the safety of the submarine pipeline.Combined with the existing material anticorrosion technology and the anticorrosion design of Zhoushan Mainland diversion project,this paper puts forward the anticorrosion scheme of the steel submarine pipeline and the design method of sacrificial anode,improving the service life of submarine water pipelines.
