摘要
针对国内中小企业所生产的长物料存放杂乱、浪费大量工房资源以及造成生产效率较低问题,在经过实地调查研究、分析论证基础上,设计制作了一款可伸缩式双悬臂货架。该货架共分三层,顶部用于存放板料,下面两层采用伸缩式悬臂结构用于存放长物料及管材。悬臂取放物品时拉出,保存时缩回。经实际生产应用,该货架结构合理、使用方便,具有很好的应用前景。
In view of the problems of disorderly storage of long materials,waste of a large number of workshop resources and low production efficiency produced by domestic small and medium-sized enterprises,a telescopic double cantilever shelf is designed and manufactured on the basis of field investigation,analysis and demonstration.The shelf is divided into three layers,the top is used for storing sheet materials,and the lower two layers are of telescopic cantilever structure for storing long materials and pipes.Pull out the cantilever when taking and placing the articles,and retract when saving.Through practical production and application,the shelf structure is reasonable,easy to use,and has a good application prospect.
