后砌填充墙顶部与混凝土结构梁底塞缝施工技术

摘要 随着我国城镇化进程的加快,对建筑质量的要求也在不断提高。就目前来看,传统的后砌填充墙施工工艺中的顶砖斜切法不仅费时费力,同时在砌筑完成后很容易出现墙体变形裂缝的问题。本文就针对这一质量问题,结合了实际案例商丘古城文化产业园区棚户区改造此项目的实施情况,提出并改进了一种的新的新型施工工艺,即后砌填充墙顶部与框架-剪力墙结构梁底塞缝施工技术,这一技术不仅能够有效解决后砌填充墙施工工艺中顶砖斜切法中产生的质量问题,同时还能够在一定程度上提高社会经济效益。除此之外,本文对这一施工工艺的流程以及要点都做了较为详细的阐述,以期能够为其他工程提供一定的参考依据。 With the acceleration of China's urbanization process,the requirements for building quality are constantly increasing.From the current point of view,the top brick oblique cutting method in the traditional post-infill wall construction process is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also prone to wall deformation and cracks after the masonry is completed.In response to this quality problem,this paper combines the actual case of the implementation of the shantytown reconstruction project in Shangqiu Ancient City Cultural Industry Park,and proposes and improves a new new construction technology,namely,the construction technology of plugging the joint between the top of the post-infill wall and the bottom of the frame-shear wall structure beam.This technology can not only effectively solve the quality problems caused by the oblique cutting method of the top brick in the construction process of the rear masonry infill wall,but also can improve the social and economic benefits to a certain extent.In addition,this paper has made a more detailed description of the construction process and the main points,hoping to provide a certain reference basis for other projects.
