摘要
随着国家对火力发电行业的管控以及深度调峰的要求,超临界同步配套供热的发电机组因其在保证电力供应的同时还能为地方工业企业提供合格的蒸汽,成了各地新建火力发电厂的首选。针对某电厂超临界机组投入供热后出现的水煤关系不匹配、主要参数控制不稳及协调控制协调效果不理想等问题,提出了一套提高主要自动控制系统调节品质的策略,通过现场实施和优化,该厂主要自动控制系统投入稳定、主要参数稳定、调节效果满足了规程要求。
With the national control of the thermal power generation industry and the requirements of deep peak shaving,supercritical synchronous heat-supply generating units have become the first choice for new thermal power plants in various places because they can provide qualified steam for local industrial enterprises while ensuring power supply.Aiming at the problems of mismatch between water and coal relations,unstable control of main parameters and unsatisfactory effects of coordinated control after the supercritical unit of a power plant was put into heating,a set of strategies to improve the adjustment quality of the main automatic control system was proposed.Through on-site implementation and optimization,the plant's main automatic control system was stable in investment,the main parameters were stable,and the adjustment effect met the regulatory requirements.
