水下搅拌摩擦焊研究进展

摘要 水下搅拌摩擦焊可以扩展摩擦焊在海事工程上的应用,与常规的搅拌摩擦焊相比,水下焊接摩擦焊接的峰值温度更低,有利于减少金属间化合物,加强焊缝的拉伸强度与硬度,降低孔隙率,提高焊接接头质量。本文介绍了铝铝合金、镁铝合金之间的水下搅拌摩擦焊研究进展,包括转速和焊速等工艺参数对焊接接头质量的影响。为未来的水下搅拌焊接行业提供参考依据。 Underwater friction stir welding can expand the application of friction welding in maritime engineering.Compared with conventional friction stir welding,the peak temperature of underwater friction welding is lower,which is beneficial to reduce intermetallic compounds,strengthen the tensile strength and hardness of the weld,reduce porosity,and improve the quality of the welded joint.This paper introduces the research progress of underwater friction stir welding between aluminum-aluminum alloy and magnesium-aluminum alloy,including the influence of process parameters such as speed and welding speed on the quality of welded joints,which provides a reference for the future underwater stirring welding industry.
