摘要
在桥梁连续梁施工过程中,0#块托架预压是必不可少的一道关键工序。传统预压方式为单束单顶张拉预压或托架整体堆载预压。在郑万高铁两河口双线特大桥连续梁0#块施工中对托架预压方式进行了深入研究,根据现场实际情况及现有设备,自发研制了“双顶张拉预压托架”的施工工艺技术,最大程度地缩短托架预压施工工期、节约成本,降低施工安全风险,对于连续梁0#块快速施工发挥了举足轻重的作用。
In the construction of continuous beams of bridges,the pre-compression of the 0#block bracket is an indispensable key process.The traditional pre-compression method is a single-beam single-top tension pre-compression or the bracket overall surcharge preloading.In the construction of the 0#block of the continuous beam of the Lianghekou double-track bridge of the Zhengzhou-Chongqing High-speed Railway,the preloading method of the bracket was studied in depth.According to the actual situation of the site and the existing equipment,the construction technology of"double-top tension pre-compression bracket"was developed spontaneously,which minimizes the construction period of the bracket pre-compression,saves costs,and reduces construction safety risks,and plays a pivotal role in the rapid construction of continuous beam 0#block.
