企业微信在城市轨道交通房建设施维修过程中的应用

Application of WeChat Work in the Maintenance Process for House-Building Facilities in Urban Rail Transit

房建设施维修及加装改造工作是城市轨道交通运营单位日常生产工作的重要组成部分,及时对损坏的房建设施进行维修在提升运营服务水平方面发挥着重要作用。现有城市轨道交通房建设施报修及维修过程存在报修流程繁琐、报修信息不够规范、维修信息缺乏汇总等问题,利用企业微信审批流程设计房建设施报修流程,实现报修方式从线下到线上的转变。天津地铁实际运行结果表明,房建设施企业微信报修流程很好地实现了规范报修信息填写及维修过程的管理目标。

The maintenance and retrofitting of house-building facilities is an important part of the daily production in urban rail transit operating company.It will play an important role in improving the operating service level if the damaged house-building facilities can be repaired timely.There are some problems existing in the current situation of maintenance management for house-building facilities in urban rail transit,such as the complexity of approving process,the lack of standardization and the lack of summary for maintenance information.Therefore,this paper designs the house-building facilities repair approval process using WeChat Work,realizing the transformation of the repair method from offline to online.The actual operation results of Tianjin Metro show that the house-building facilities repair approval process has achieved the management goal of standardizing the filling of repair information and the maintenance process.
