摘要
针对非侵入智慧用电应用系统与电力信息网内其他信息系统的数据交互接口和数据模型不统一,使得相互之间信息难以共享的“信息化孤岛”问题,分析了广西电网营销系统和计量自动化系统的现有接口标准、数据交换协议和功能扩展需求等应用特征,据此设计了基于IEC61970和IEC61968标准的非侵入智慧用电系统架构和配套设备,研究了数据模型和通讯协议的标准化设计,以及虚拟总线代理和大数据存储架构的设计问题,为满足该系统接入实际电网信息系统时,多系统融合的兼容问题提供了解决方案。最后通过在广西某地市试点的p95网络响应延迟测试验证了其可行性。
Aiming at the inconsistent data interaction interface and data model between the non-intrusive smart power application system and other information systems in the power information network,the“informatization island”problem that makes it difficult to share information between each other,the Guangxi Power Grid marketing system and metering automation are analyzed.Based on the application features of the system’s existing interface standards,data exchange protocols,and functional expansion requirements,a non-intrusive smart power system architecture and supporting equipment based on IEC61970 and IEC61968 standards were designed,and the standardized design of data models and communication protocols was studied.As well as the design problems of virtual bus proxy and big data storage architecture,it provides a solution to the compatibility problem of multi-system integration when the system is connected to the actual power grid information system.Finally,its feasibility was verified by a pilot p95 network response delay test in a certain city in Guangxi.
