装配式牵引器在大截面导线张力展放施工中的应用

随着电网大规模建成投运,输电线路通道受限,很多地区处于平行走线或交叉跨越架设,特高压直流输电线路尤为突出,导线展放存在较大的安全隐患,尤其是大截面导线在大跨越及特别重要跨越展放施工。为了保证导线展放施工过程中的安全,在青海首条特高压直流输电线路±800 kV青豫特高压直流输电线路工程青1标施工中,大截面导线张力展放首次应用装配式牵引器,替代了网套连接器和压接式牵引管,优质高效地完成了架线施工任务。

With the large scale construction and commissioning of power grids,transmission line channels are restricted,and many areas are in parallel or cross spanning installations.UHV DC transmission lines are particularly prominent.There are greater safety hazards in the deployment of conductors,especially large cross section conductors.Large span and particularly important span exhibition construction.In order to ensure the safety during the construction process of wire deployment,in Qinghai's first UHV DC transmission line±800 kV Qingyu UHV DC transmission line project Qinghai No.1 standard construction,large cross section wire tension deployment is the first application of prefabricated tractors.It replaces the net sleeve connector and the crimping traction tube,and completes the wire construction task with high quality and efficiency.
