摘要 针对内燃机气道试验台测控系统的需求,借助于虚拟仪器技术设计了基于LABVIEW软件的上位机软件,与下位机通过串口进行通讯,完成上位机和下位机的数据传输,调用下位机寄存器中传感器的数值并进行显示和存储,并向下位机发送气门升程的数值。通过自动发送气门升程参数,使气门升程参数发生连续变化,工况稳定后自动采集传感器数据并记录,实现自动连续测量。试验表明,该设计方案切实可行。 In view of the requirements of the measurement and control system of the airway test bed of internal combustion engine,the software of the upper computer was designed based on LABVIEW software by means of virtual instrument technology,it communicated with the lower computer through the serial port,completed the data transmission of the upper computer and the lower computer,and called the lower computer.The value of the sensor in the register was displayed and stored,and the value of the valve lift was sent to the lower machine.By automatically sending the valve lift parameters,the valve lift parameters were continuously changed.After the working condition is stable,the sensor data was automatically collected and recorded to realize automatic continuous measurement.The tests show that this design is feasible.
