基于六西格玛设计方法的车内背光颜色优化

Optimization of Backlight Color in Car Based on DFSS

通过对车内背光颜色影响因素的分析,采用六西格玛设计方法对背光偏色零件进行了设计优化,并验证了优化方案的可行性。结果表明:优化后的设计方案使背光颜色达到背光标准要求,且提升了背光颜色的一致性,大大提高了汽车内部驾驶空间的舒适性和美观性。

Through the analysis of the influence factors of the interior backlight color,the six sigma design method was used to optimize the design of backlight color deviation parts,and the feasibility of the optimization scheme was verified.The results show that the optimized design scheme makes the backlight color meet the requirements of backlight standard,improves the consistency of backlight color,and greatly improves the comfort and aesthetics of the interior driving space.
