摘要 为了降低空气污染,节省能源消耗,汽车轻量化已成为一种发展趋势。轻质合金的应用是实现汽车轻量化的有效途径,分别分析了铝合金、镁合金、钛合金3种轻质合金的特点与性能优势,阐述了轻质合金的发展与应用现状,总结了轻质合金在汽车轻量化应用中的现存问题,最后提出了我国汽车工业轻质合金的发展建议。 In order to reduce air pollution and save energy consumption,automobile lightweight has become a development trend.The application of light alloys is an effective way to achieve lightweight vehicles.The characteristics and performance advantages of three light alloys of aluminum alloy,magnesium alloy,and titanium alloy were separately analyzed,the current development and application status of light alloys were explained,and the existing problems of lightweight alloys in the lightweight application of automobiles were summarized,finally the development suggestions of lightweight alloys in China s automobile industry were put forward.
