电动汽车高压电缆材料及其制备工艺概述

摘要 由于环境污染和资源枯竭的双重原因,电动汽车逐渐成为汽车产业的焦点。高压电缆作为电动汽车能源传输系统的纽带,承担着能量传输的作用。根据公司产品的研发生产情况对电动汽车用高压电缆的导体材料、绝缘层材料、屏蔽层材料及其制备工艺两方面进行概述,为电缆厂商的生产和电动汽车应用选型提供参考。 Due to the dual reasons of environmental pollution and resource depletion,electric vehicles have gradually become the focus of the automotive industry.As the link of the energy transmission system of electric vehicles,high-voltage cables play the role of energy transmission.According to the company s product development and production,the conductor materials,insulating layer materials,shielding layer materials and their preparation processes of high-voltage cables for electric vehicles were summarized,and it provides references for cable manufacturers production and electric vehicle application selection.
