摘要 为解决军工防爆车间生产线的制造数据采集困难等问题,对防爆车间的数据采集技术进行研究。阐述军工生产线的数采需求,针对防爆车间的独特环境,对生产线实时数据的采集关键技术进行分析,结合智能制造的要求,实现对防爆车间的生产环境数据和生产线的数据采集。实际应用结果表明:该技术的应用实现了防爆车间内的生产数据监控,提高了车间管控水平,有助于安全生产。 In order to solve the problems of manufacturing data collection difficulty in the production line of the military explosion-proof workshop,the data collection technology of the explosion-proof workshop was researched.Explain the data acquisition requirements of the military production line,analyze the key technology of real-time data collection of the production line according to the unique environment of the explosion-proof workshop,and realize the production environment data of the explosion-proof workshop and the data of the production line collection.The actual application results show that:the application of this technology realizes the production data monitoring in the explosion-proof workshop,improves the level of workshop management and control.
