摘要
对于大型升船机同步轴系统,卷筒同轴度是保证系统安全性及可靠性的关键技术指标之一。本文针对升船机同步轴系统,综合考虑同步轴系统多卷筒大跨度结构特点,提出了一种基于立体空间域下激光测量的同步轴同轴度测量方法;研究测量数据的有效后处理算法,构建了升船机同步轴同轴度评价模型,并基于实测数据对同轴度进行评价,评价结果表明现阶段卷筒同轴度状态良好,满足继续正常服役要求。
For the synchronous shaft system of large ship lift,the coaxiality of drums is one of the key technical indexes to secure the safety and reliability of the system.This paper is aiming at the synchronous shaft system of ship lift and considering the characteristics of multi-drum and large-span structure of synchronous shaft system,then proposes a measurement method of coaxiality of synchronous shaft based on laser measurement in three-dimensional space domain.This paper also studies the effective post-processing algorithm of measurement data,and builds the evaluation model of coaxiality of ship lift synchronous shaft.Meanwhile,the coaxiality of synchronous shaft is evaluated based on the measured data.The evaluation result shows that the coaxiality of the drum is in good condition and can meet the requirements of operation.
