It attracts much attention that there are so many problems such as lack of legislation on discipline power,obscure conscious on legal boundaries and misunderstanding on discipline degree for teachers,especially for kindergarten teachers.The discipline power of teachers comes from the public power of the state,and as the professional right of teachers,in the absence of detailed legislative rules,perfect discipline procedures and matching supervision and appeal mechanism,it is easy for teachers to cause excessive discipline and violate the legitimate rights in education.Therefore,it is the key to effectively prevent the phenomenon of transgression on discipline power.and the key to ensuring the correct implementation of the disciplinary power is to clarify the legal boundary.
