EG FL6在胃癌中的表达及其与预后的关系

The expression of EGFL6 in gastric cancer and its relationship with prognosis

目的:探讨表皮生长因子样蛋白(EGFL)6在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素及预后的关系。方法:收集2016年3月至2018年2月间温州医科大学附属第二医院育英儿童医院接受手术切除的原发性胃癌组织及癌旁组织各80例,以免疫组织化学染色法判定组织中EGFL6的表达,对染色结果与相关临床病理因素及预后进行统计学分析。结果:EGFL6的表达与胃癌肿瘤直径、浸润深度、淋巴结转移以及TNM分期具有相关性(P<0.05);EGFL6的表达、患者年龄、肿瘤直径、细胞分化、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期均与胃癌患者的预后相关(P<0.05)。结论:EGFL6的表达与胃癌患者临床病理因素存在相关性,提示EGFL6在胃癌的发生发展中起重要作用。

Objective:To explore the expression of epidermal growth factor-like(EG FL)6 in gastric cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological factors and prognosis.Methods:Eighty cases of primary gastric cancer specimens and adjacent tissues were collected from the Second Affiliated Hospital&Yuying Children’s Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from March 2016 to February 2018.The expression of EFGL6 in tissues was determined by immunohistochemical staining.Statistical analysis was performed on the staining results and related clinical pathological factors.Results:The expression of EG FL6 was correlated with tumor diameter,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05).The expression of EG FL6,patient age,tumor diameter,cell differentiation,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,and TNM stage were associated with the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of EG FL6 is correlated with clinicopathological factors of gastric cancer,suggesting that EG FL6 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
