摘要
提出了一种六边形开槽结构的宽带毫米波多天线技术(MIMO)天线。该微带天线的贴片为六边形,采用共面波导馈电方式,并通过开槽拓宽天线的带宽,没有添加隔离枝节,可实现隔离度小于-20 dB,尺寸为23.6 mm×15.4 mm×0.1 mm。通过电磁仿真软件HFSS对设计的天线单元及MIMO天线进行了仿真与分析,结果发现,该毫米波MIMO天线在5.1~41.8 GHz频率范围内回波损耗均小于-10 dB,并且具有良好的辐射特性。
In this paper,a hexagonal slotted wideband millimeter-wave MIMO antenna is proposed.The purpose of this paper is to improve the narrow frequency band of microstrip antenna.The antenna is based on the hexagon patch antenna,which is connected to the ground by coplanar waveguide.The antenna patch is slotted and graded on the ground surface of the coplanar waveguide,and the edge part is cut off to improve the antenna impedance matching.The MIMO antenna is 48.4 mm×15.4 mm×0.1 mm.The electromagnetic simulation software HFSS is used to simulate and test the designed antenna element and MIMO antenna based on the finite element method.The MIMO antenna effectively increases the frequency bandwidth.In the frequency range of 5.1~41.8 GHz,the return loss is less than-10 db,and it has good radiation characteristics.
