The Invisible Man,a novel by British writer George Wells,describes the hero Griffin's self-destruction from a scientist who explores the mysteries of science to a ruthless murderer.This paper,based on the research of Griffin’s criminal mentality,helps readers more deeply understand the novel to pass on criminal causality between person and person,remind people to face up to the criminal psychological changing track,and attach great importance to the adolescents’psychological problem and the impact of public opinions toward the criminal behaviors,in order to avoid unnecessary social tragedy.
