摘要
首先阐述高职学生心理问题的产生原因及阅读疗法的活动意义,并以参与活动学生志愿者的心理调查数据为基础,以改善读者心理情绪为目的,逐步开展不同形式的阅读疗法实践活动。通过对比前后心理数据差异以及分析读者反馈信息,证实阅读疗法在改善读者心理情绪方面确有独到疗效,同时也有助于提升读者情商水平。最后就阅读疗法活动如何提高读者黏性、如何往专业化发展提出努力的方向。在国内阅读疗法“理论热,实践冷”以及高职院校中相关实证研究极少的情况下,该阅读疗法活动实践将为高职院校提供可借鉴实际经验。
This paper expounds the causes of psychological problems of vocational college students and the significance of reading therapy activities,and based on the psychological survey data of the students volunteers participating in the activities,with the purpose of improving readers'psychological emotions,gradually carries out different forms of reading therapy practice activities.Through the comparison of psychological data before and after reading therapy and readers'feedback information,it is proved that reading therapy has a unique effect on improving readers'psychological emotions,and it also helps to improve readers'emotional intelligence level.Finally,the paper puts forward the direction of how to improve the readers'stickiness and professional development.In the case of"hot theory,cold practice"of reading therapy in China and few empirical studies in higher vocational colleges,the practice of reading therapy activities will provide practical experience for higher vocational colleges.
