自动痔疮套扎术联合外切术治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ度混合痔患者的效果

Effects of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid combined with external resection in treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids of grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ

目的:观察自动痔疮套扎术联合外切术治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ度混合痔患者的效果。方法:选取68例Ⅲ~Ⅳ度混合痔患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组31例和观察组35例。对照组实施传统外切内扎术治疗,观察组实施自动痔疮套扎术联合外切术治疗,比较两组治疗效果、手术时间、住院时间和并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的70.97%(22/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.86%(1/35),低于对照组的32.26%(10/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自动痔疮套扎术联合外切术治疗Ⅲ~Ⅳ度混合痔患者可提高治疗总有效率,缩短手术时间和住院时间,降低并发症发生率,效果优于传统外切内扎术治疗。

Objective:To analyze effects of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid combined with external resection in treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids of grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ.Methods:68 patients with mixed hemorrhoids of grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(31 cases)and observation group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional external resection and internal ligation,while the observation group was treated with Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid combined with external resection.The treatment effects,operation time,hospitalization time and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than 70.97%(22/31)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the complication rate in the observation group was 2.86%(1/35),which was lower than 32.26%(10/31)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid combined with external resection in the treatment of the patients with mixed hemorrhoids of degree Ⅲ~Ⅳ can improve the treatment effective rate,shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to traditional external resection and internal ligation.
