雾化吸入高渗盐水联合布地奈德治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的效果

Effects of aerosol inhalation of hypertonic saline combined with Budesonide in treatment of children with bronchiolitis

目的:观察雾化吸入高渗盐水联合布地奈德治疗毛细支气管炎患儿的效果。方法:选取100例毛细支气管炎患儿为研究对象,按摸球法分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组采取雾化吸入0.9%氯化钠注射液联合布地奈德治疗,研究组采取雾化吸入高渗盐水联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组疗效,治疗前后缺氧症状评分和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。结果:治疗前,两组缺氧症状评分和hs-CRP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3、5 d后,研究组缺氧症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为98.0%,高于对照组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雾化吸入高渗盐水联合布地奈德治疗毛细支气管炎患儿可提高治疗总有效率,以及降低缺氧症状评分和hs-CRP水平的效果优于雾化吸入等渗盐水联合布地奈德治疗效果。

Objective:To observe effects of aerosol inhalation of hypertonic saline combined with Budesonide in treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods:100 children with bronchiolitis were selected as the research objects,and divided into control group and study group according to the ball touching method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aerosol inhalation of 0.9%sodium chloride injection combined with Budesonide,while the study group was treated with aerosol inhalation of hypertonic saline combined with Budesonide.The treatment effects,hypoxia symptom scores and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the treatment,there were no significant differences in the hypoxia symptom score and the hs-CRP level between the two groups(P>0.05).1,3,and 5 days after the treatment,the hypoxia symptom scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the hs-CRP levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;that of the study group was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.0%,which was higher than 84.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Aerosol inhalation of hypertonic saline combined with Budesonide in the treatment of the children with bronchiolitis can increase the total effective rate of treatment,and reduce the hypoxia symptom score and the hs-CRP level.Moreover,it is superior to aerosol inhalation of isotonic saline combined with Budesonide.
