四联方案联合益气和胃胶囊治疗Hp感染患者的效果

Effects of quadruple regimen combined with Yiqi Hewei capsules in treatment of patients with Hp infection

目的:观察四联方案联合益气和胃胶囊治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患者的效果。方法:选取200例Hp感染患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各100例。对照组给予四联方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合益气和胃胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、Hp根除率、Hp复发率和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.00%,高于对照组的81.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Hp根除率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为13.00%,与对照组的8.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:四联方案联合益气和胃胶囊治疗Hp感染患者可提高治疗总有效率和Hp根除率,降低Hp复发率,效果优于单纯四联方案治疗效果。

Objective:To study effects of quadruple regimen combined with Yiqi Hewei capsules in treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods:200 patients with Hp infection were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,each with 100 cases.The control group was treated with the quadruple regimen,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Hewei capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate,Hp recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.00%,which was higher than 81.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.00%,compared with 8.00%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The quadruple regimen combined with Yiqi Hewei capsules in the treatment of the patients with Hp infection can increase the total effective rate of treatment and the Hp eradication rate and reduce the recurrence rate of Hp.Moreover,it is superior to simple quadruple regimen.
