内观认知疗法在男性偏执型精神分裂症患者康复期的应用效果

Application effects of Naikan cognitive therapy in male patients with paranoid Schizophrenia in rehabilitation Period

目的:探讨内观认知疗法在男性偏执型精神分裂症患者康复期的应用效果。方法:选取80例男性偏执型精神分裂症康复期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组各40例。两组均给予常规药物(利培酮)治疗,在此基础上对照组采用常规心理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用内观认知疗法。比较两组疗效、治疗前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、精神分裂症认知功能简明成套测评量表(BACS)评分、精神分裂症患者生命质量量表(SQLS)评分。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率(97.50%)显著高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PANSS、SQLS评分均低于对照组,BACS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:内观认知疗法用于男性偏执型精神分裂症患者康复期效果良好,能改善其认知功能,提高生命质量。

Objective:To explore application effects of Naikan cognitive therapy in male patients with paranoid Schizophrenia in rehabilitation Period.Methods:80 male patients with paranoid schizophrenia in rehabilitation Period,who were admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to November 2018,were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,40 cases in each.Both groups were treated with conventional drugs(Risperidone).On this basis,the control group used conventional psychological intervention,while the observation group used Naikan cognitive therapy on the basis of that of the control group.The curative effects and the scores of the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)before and after the treatment,the brief assessment of cognition in schizophrenia(BACS),and the self-report quality of life measure for people with schizophrenia(SQLS)were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PANSS score and SQLS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the BACS score was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Naikan cognitive therapy is effective for the male patients with paranoid schizophrenia in the rehabilitation period,which can improve their cognitive function and improve quality of life.
