医院-社区-家庭护理对2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性及血糖水平的影响

Effects of hospital-community-home nursing on treatment compliance and blood glucose levels of patients with type 2 diabetes

目的:观察医院-社区-家庭护理对2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性及血糖水平的影响。方法:选取134例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各67例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予医院-社区-家庭护理,比较两组自我管理能力评分、治疗依从性评分和血糖指标水平。结果:护理后观察组知识、态度、行为评分和总评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组饮食、用药、运动治疗依从性评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医院-社区-家庭护理可提高2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力及治疗依从性,以及降低血糖水平,效果优于常规护理效果。

Objective:To explore effects of hospital-community-home nursing on treatment compliance and blood glucose levels of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:134 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,each with 67 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given hospital-community-home nursing.The self-management ability score,treatment compliance score and blood glucose index level were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the knowledge,attitude,behavior scores and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance scores for diet,medication and exercise of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Hospital-community-home nursing can improve the self-management abilities and treatment compliance of the patients with type 2 diabetes,and reduce the blood sugar levels.T Moreover,it is superior to routine nursing.
