初乳口腔按摩在早产儿中的应用效果

Application effects of oral colostrum massage on premature infants

目的:观察初乳口腔按摩应用于早产儿的效果。方法:选取70例早产儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用初乳口腔按摩。比较两组完全经口喂养时间、住院时间、日体质量增长水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组完全经口喂养时间和住院时间均短于对照组,日体质量增长水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹胀发生率和呕吐发生率分别为11.43%和5.71%,均低于对照组的34.29%和28.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组胃食管反流发生率和口腔感染发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用初乳口腔按摩可缩短早产儿完全经口喂养时间和住院时间,降低腹胀发生率和呕吐发生率,以及提高日体质量增长水平的效果优于单纯常规护理效果。

Objective:To explore application effects of oral colostrum massage on premature infants.Methods:70 premature infants were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given oral colostrum massage on the basis of that of the control group.The complete oral feeding time,hospitalization time,daily body mass growth level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The complete oral feeding time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group;the daily body mass growth level was higher than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of abdominal distension and vomiting in the observation group were 11.43%and 5.71%,which were lower than 34.29%and 28.57%in the control group,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of gastroesophageal reflux and oral infection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of routine nursing,the oral colostrum massage can shorten the complete oral feeding time and hospitalization time of the premature infants,reduce the incidence of abdominal distension and vomiting,and increase the daily body mass growth level.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
