延续性护理在亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者中的应用效果

Application effects of continuous nursing in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism

目的:观察延续性护理在亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取164例亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者作为研究对象,按入院时间分为研究组和对照组各82例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用延续性护理。比较两组遵医行为评分、护理前后生命质量评分和护理满意度。结果:护理3个月后,研究组遵医行为评分和生命质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为97.56%(80/82),高于对照组的76.83%(63/82),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上实施延续性护理,可提高亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者的遵医行为评分、生命质量评分和护理满意度,其效果优于单纯常规护理效果。

Objective:To observe application effects of continuous nursing in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods:164 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were selected as the research objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to the time of admission,82 cases in each.The control group used conventional nursing,while the study group used continuous nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The compliance behavior score,quality of life score before and after the nursing,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:3 months after the nursing,the scores of compliance behavior and quality of life of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.56%(80/82),which was higher than 76.83%(63/82)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Continuous nursing on the basis of the conventional nursing can improve the compliance behavior score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the patients with subclinical hypothyroidism.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional nursing.
