摘要
高职英语教师语言知识和技能的衰退不仅影响教师个人职业发展,同时也会影响英语教学质量和人才培养质量目标的实现。高职英语教师外语磨蚀是一个动态非线性发展的过程,与其他外语学习者磨蚀具有共性但也有其独特性。对搜集到的问卷量表进行因子和多元线性回归分析发现,接触量减少是导致外语能力磨蚀的根本原因;诸多自变量影响呈非线性但联动关系,各种因素相互影响并共同作用于外语语言能力变化;教学工作对高校英语教师外语磨蚀程度影响较为突出,值得进一步研究。
To foreign language teachers,the regression of linguistic skills may not only undermine their career development but also impair the teaching quality as well as the accomplishment of the whole program.It has been aware that the language attrition of higher vocational college English teachers shares some properties with other foreign language learners,but it has its own special features.It is considered as a dynamic and non-linear process in this research.The questionnaire is designed,and so collected data is processed with factor analysis and linear regression analysis.It is found that various factors may be involved,interacting to cause the differentiate degree of the foreign language attrition of higher vocational college English teachers.Their influence is non-linear and changeable.While less frequent contact may be the root,the influence of English teaching can be prominent.
