摘要
很多高职毕业生求职时仅具有一技之长,创新性不够,缺乏可持续发展能力。因此,广大高职院校要在“全人教育”理念的指导下,树立专通融合的人才培养理念,将通识教育课程的第一课堂与第二课堂深度融合,大力激发高职学生对通识教育的学习热情,全力提升高职院校的人才培养质量,努力为社会培养高素质应用型人才。
A large number of higher vocational graduates have only one skill when they enter the society,but they are not innovative enough and lack the ability of sustainable development.Therefore,under the guidance of the concept of holistic education,the majority of higher vocational colleges should establish the concept of training talents with special knowledge and integration,and integrate the first classroom and the second classroom of general education curricula.We should arouse the students interest to general education,improve the quality of talents training and cultivate talents with proficient vocational skills for the society.
