氢吗啡酮安全性高于吗啡和芬太尼,镇痛强度高于吗啡,作用持续时间比芬太尼合理;氢吗啡酮可显著改善患者情绪及睡眠,提高相关共病状况的疼痛管理效果,是平衡有效性和安全性之后的强效镇痛药的优秀选择。文章将对盐酸氢吗啡酮的药学、安全性和有效性展开综述。
Hydromorphone is safer than morphine and fentanyl,its analgesic intensity is higher than morphine,and the duration of action is reasonable than fentanyl;hydromorphone can significantly improve patients'mood and sleep,and improve pain management of related comorbidities.Therefore,it is the best choice for strong analgesics after balancing efficacy and safety.This paper will review the pharmacy,safety and effectiveness of hydromorphone hydrochloride.
