当前国际社会日益成为全方位、多层次、立体化的交流网络。在网状的国际政治结构中,大国关系对全球伙伴关系网络的建设具有示范效应。不断成熟发展的中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系为国家间交往提供了有益经验,是构建新型大国关系的典范。经过近三十年的发展,中俄伙伴关系外交逐渐形成了和平、平等和包容的特点,不仅为两国关系发展带来了切实利益,也推动国际关系朝着更加多样化、均衡化方向发展,维护了大变局时代世界秩序的基本稳定。通过梳理中俄伙伴关系外交的发展历程,分析其特点和建设的路径,中俄伙伴关系外交具有巨大的外溢效应,对未来新型大国关系构建具有重要的启示意义。

The international society is becoming a comprehensive,multi⁃level and multi⁃dimensional com⁃munication network.In the network of international political structure,the major country relationship has a demonstrative effect on building the global partnership network.The maturing and developing Sino⁃Russian comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era has provided useful experience for interna⁃tional interactions and become a model for building a new type of major country relationship.Over the past three decades,Sino⁃Russian partnership diplomacy has been characterized by peace,equality and inclu⁃siveness,which has not only brought tangible benefits to the development of bilateral relations,but also promoted the development of more diversified and balanced international relations and maintained the basic stability of the world order in the era of great change.This article sorts out the trajetory of Sino⁃Russian partnership diplomacy,analyzes its characteristics and construction path,and summarizes that Sino⁃Russian partnership diplomacy has tremendous spillover effects and important implications for building a new type of overall major country relationship in the future.
