基于社会网络分析的电子商务物流热点研究

经济社会正在如火如荼的快速发展,电子商务物流伴随着电子商务技术的成熟和社会需求的改变应运而生。并且在学术界受到越来越强烈的重视。文中是一篇关于电子商务物流的文献研究综述。研究的数据来源为2015至2019年国内发表在中国知网上的1636篇文献,运用的方法是共词分析法和社会网络分析方法,研究的目的是找出近年来电子商务物流研究的热点主题及未来研究方向。研究结果说明,电子商务物流研究热点主题可以归纳为三点:跨境电子商务物流、农村电子商务物流和B2C电子商务物流。未来的研究方向主要集中在智慧物流,电子商务物流管理,物流经济等。除此之外,物流配送,物流模式,物流管理一直以来都是电子商务物流领域的重要研究课题。

With the rapid development of economy and society,the application of e-commerce has gradually received widespread attention.The operation mode of e-commerce in the new era has brought great economic benefits to many enterprises.In the new era of e-commerce technology maturing and social demand changing,e-commerce logistics emerges as the times require.It is not only an important part of e-commerce,but also an essential component to implement the economic value of e-commerce.Therefore,the research of e-commerce logistics has been paid more and more attention in the academic field.This paper is a literature review,focusing on the research of e-commerce logistics.The data source of this study is 1636 documents published on CNKI from 2015 to 2019.The methods used are co word analysis and social network analysis(SNA).The purpose of this study is to find out the hot topics and future research directions of e-commerce logistics research in recent years.The results show that the hot topics of e-commerce logistics research can be summarized into three points:cross-border e-commerce logistics,rural e-commerce logistics and fresh e-commerce logistics.The future research focuses on intelligent logistics,e-commerce logistics management,logistics economy,etc.In addition,logistics distribution,logistics mode and logistics management have always been important research topics in the field of e-commerce logistics.
