基于循环经济的绿色物流园区发展规划研究

Research on Development Planning of Green Logistics Park Based on Circular Economy

传统的粗放式发展模式已经不适合现代物流园区的发展,基于循环经济集约式的绿色物流园区发展模式受到人们的关注。文中首先分析了物流园区与循环经济的关系,得出绿色物流园区的未来的发展方向需要以循环经济为基础;然后,分析了物流园区存在的问题,明确了存在整合协调能力差、技术和集约化程度低、缺乏可持续发展规划、物流设施的建设与发展滞后、行业恶性竞争现象严重五大问题;最后,根据问题提出了相应的发展规划策略,为园区的发展指明了方向。

The traditional extensive development mode is no longer suitable for the development of modern logistics park.The green logistics park development mode based on the intensive circular economy has attracted people s attention.This paper first analyzes the relationship between logistics park and circular economy,and concludes that the future development direction of logistics park needs to be based on circular economy.Then,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the logistics park,and points out that there are five major problems,Including poor integration and coordination ability,low technology and intensive degree,lack of sustainable development planning,lagging construction and development of logistics facilities,and serious vicious competition in the industry.Finally,according to the problems,the corresponding development planning strategy is put forward,which points out the direction for the development of the park.
