摘要
世界三大湾区——纽约湾区、旧金山湾区、东京湾区的发展经验表明,港口是湾区经济的切入点,是湾区城市的后续发展的基础,而城市又为港口发展提供资源保障。文中从港口作业能力和城市经济能力两个方面,对粤港澳大湾区九个城市及两个特别行政区的港口物流能力进行综合评价,为港口发展和物流能力的提升提供决策依据。
The development experience of the world s three Bay areas,New York Bay area,San Francisco Bay area and Tokyo Bay area,shows that the port is the entry point of bay area economy and the basis for the follow-up development of Bay Area cities,at the same time,cities provide resource guarantee for port development.This paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the port logistics capacity of nine cities and two special administrative regions in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay area from two aspects of port operation capacity and urban economic capacity,so as to provide decision-making basis for port development and logistics capacity improvement.
