关于共同配送中心的建设研究

Research on the Construction of Joint Distribution Center

在最后一公里配送环节,现行配送模式存在配送空载率高、信息资源不对称、配送效率低下、企业恶性竞争严重等诸多问题,而共同配送具有整合配送资源、打破信息孤岛、提高配送效率、弱化恶性竞争等优越性,可以优化最后一公里配送的现存弊端。文中将从管理层、任务层与执行层三个层面分析共同配送中心的运作流程设想,并从交通环境、企业经营环境、自然环境和社会环境四个因素探讨其选址的考虑因素。

In the last kilometer distribution link,the current distribution mode has many problems,such as high distribution empty load rate,asymmetric information resources,low distribution efficiency,serious vicious competition of enterprises and so on.While joint distribution has the advantages of integrating distribution resources,breaking through information islands,improving distribution efficiency,weakening vicious competition and so on,which can optimize the existing drawbacks of the last kilometer distribution.This paper will analyze the operation process assumption of the joint distribution center from three levels:management,task level and execution layer,and explore the consideration factors of the location selection from four factors:traffic environment,enterprise management environment,natural environment and social environment.
