摘要
试验考察了水杨羟肟酸体系下不同磨矿介质对锡石浮选的影响。通过单矿物浮选试验可以看出,在铅离子浓度小于100mg/L的范围内,铁介质磨矿条件下锡石的产率高于80%,明显高于瓷介质;在不同的水杨羟肟酸浓度和pH值条件下,铁介质磨矿条件下锡石的产率都高于瓷介质,说明锡石在铁介质磨矿条件下的可浮性好于瓷介质;锡石-石英浮选分离试验结果表明,在pH值相近时,瓷介质磨矿条件下锡的回收率明显高于铁介质,说明锡石-石英在瓷介质磨矿条件下选择性要好于铁介质;扫描电镜及能谱分析结果表明,铁介质磨矿条件下锡石、石英矿物表面反应活性要高于瓷磨。
The effects of different grinding media on cassiterite flotation in salicylhydroximic acid system were investigated.It can be seen from the single mineral flotation test that the yield of cassiterite is higher than 80%under the condition of iron medium grinding when the lead ion concentration is less than 100mg/L,which is obviously higher than that of porcelain medium.The yield of cassiterite in iron medium is higher than that in porcelain medium at different salicylhydroximic acid concentration and pH value,which indicates that the flotability of cassiterite in iron medium is better than that in porcelain medium.The results of flotation separation of cassiterite and quartz show that the recovery of tin in porcelain medium is obviously higher than that in iron medium under the condition of similar pH value,which indicates that the selectivity of cassiterite and quartz in porcelain medium is better than that in iron medium.The results of SEM and EDS analysis show that the surface reaction activity of cassiterite and quartz in iron grinding is higher than that in porcelain grinding.
