提高河北某铅锌矿中伴生金回收率的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 河北某铅锌矿原矿含铅0.32%、锌4.83%、金0.73g/t、银20.9g/t,属于低铅高锌型硫化铅锌矿。在工艺矿物学研究基础上,针对河北某铅锌矿伴生金回收率低这一问题,试验采用复合分散剂及合理、可行的工艺流程结构,实现了对矿石中伴生金矿物的有效回收。在磨矿细度-74μm占60%的条件下,采用铅锌优先浮选的工艺流程对矿石中的伴生金进行了回收,通过小型闭路试验获得的铅精矿中金品位为55.43g/t,金回收率达到了69.89%。 A lead-zinc ore in Hebei province contains 0.32%Pb,4.83%Zn,0.73g/t Au and 20.9g/t Ag,which belongs to lead-zinc sulfide ore with low Pb and high Zn.Based on the study of process mineralogy,in order to solve the problem of low recovery of associated gold in a lead-zinc ore in Hebei province,a composite dispersant,a reasonable and feasible process structure were used to realize the effective recovery of associated gold minerals in the ore.Under the condition that the grinding fineness is 60%-74μm,the associated gold in the ore is recovered by using the flowsheet of lead-zinc selective flotation.The lead concentrate obtained by small closed-circuit test has a gold grade of 55.43g/t and a gold recovery of 69.89%.
