焦炉集气管点火放散装置的优化

摘要 某公司捣固焦炉荒煤气采用高频脉冲点火放散装置,存在点火失败、翻板卡阻、UPS电源设计不合理以及检维修工作量大等缺点。为此,将高频脉冲点火器更改为电热式点火器,并对配套系统进行了优化,使荒煤气点火放散操作取得100%成功。 The high frequency pulse ignition and bleeding device for raw gas of stamp-charging coke oven has many disadvantages,such as ignition failure,flap valve blockage,UPS design deficiency,and heavy maintenance work,etc..Therefore,the high frequency pulse igniter is replaced by an electric igniter,auxiliary facilities are also optimized.As a result,the raw gas ignition and bleeding system runs 100% successfully.
