摘要
介绍了真空碳酸钾脱硫工艺及设备改进方法,从降低煤气夹带洗油及萘含量、降低真空冷凝液中硫化氢含量和降低废液中含氰量三方面进行了改进,为提高脱硫效率、降低再生塔负荷、焦化废水生化系统的平稳运行提供了保障。
The paper introduces vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization process and equipment improvement method in aspects of reducing the content of wash oil and naphthalene in gas,lowering the content of hydrogen sulfide in vacuum condensate and decreasing the content of cyanogen in waste liquid so as to have higher desulfurization efficiency,lower load of regeneration column and stable operation of biochemical system of coking wastewater.
