降低蒸氨废水含油工艺优化

摘要 剩余氨水的除油效果直接影响蒸氨单元的稳定运行和蒸氨废水的指标,通过工艺优化,有效提高了氨水质量,解决了废水管道堵塞影响蒸氨塔处理量的问题,焦油质量明显改善,焦油水分稳定控制在4%以下,可确保下游焦油加工作业区运行稳定。 The deoiling performance of coal water directly affects the stability of ammonia distillation unit and stilled water quality.To this end,process is optimized and good results are obtained,such as coal water quality is greatly improved,stilled waste water pipe blockage is solved,coal tar quality is obviously improved and the water content of tar can be stabilized below 4%.Therefore stable operation for the downstream tar refinery unit can be ensured.
