Analysis and Enlightenment of the Latest Strategic Planning of University Libraries in Hong Kong

本文调研香港地区8所公立高校图书馆网站,收集其图书馆战略规划信息,选取香港大学图书馆、香港理工大学图书馆及香港岭南大学图书馆最新制定的未来几年战略规划为文本内容,详细对比分析3所高校图书馆的战略规划愿景、使命、目标及其实施计划等内容,总结其制定战略规划的思维过程和框架构建方法,以期为内地高校图书馆制定“十四五”规划提供借鉴。

This article surveys the websites of 8 public university libraries in Hong Kong,collects their library strategic planning information,and selects the latest strategic planning for the next few years formulated by the Hong Kong University Library,the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Library and the Hong Kong Lingnan University Library as the text content.It compares and analyzes the strategic planning vision,mission,goals,and implementation plans of the three university libraries in detail,and summarizes their thinking process and framework construction methods for formulating strategic planning,with a view to providing reference for mainland university libraries’formulation of their 14th Five-Year Plan.
