科技创新平台安全管理模式研究与实践——以成都某研发平台为例

Research and Practice of Safety Management Pattern of Sci-tech Innovation Platform—Taking a R&D Platform in Chengdu as Example

针对科技创新平台具有“新、快、多”等特点,通过调研国外实验室先进做法,结合成都某研发平台实际,采取安全责任制、团队自主管理、现场6S管理、危险源辨识及采购白名单、现场小白板等举措,建立了安全管理系列制度,以切实保证平台的安全、平稳运行,同时也为类似平台的安全管理提供参考。

Sci-tech innovation platform has the characteristics of“new,fast and multiple functions”.Based on the investigation on advanced practices of foreign laboratories,combined with the actual situation of a R&D platform in Chengdu,a series of safety management systems are established by taking measures such as safety responsibility system,team selfmanagement,on-site 6S management,dangerous source identification and purchase white list,and on-site small white board,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the platform,and provide reference for the safety management of similar platforms.
