三相分离器油水分布测量仪研究与设计

摘要 原油含水率检测是石油开采工艺流程中的一个重要环节,适宜的检测方法可以提高三相分离器油气水分离作业效率。研究了当前自动化工艺流程中适用于测量三相分离器油水含量的几种方法,选择电容法检测油品含水率,为此设计了软硬件系统并搭建实验平台,通过水和食用油模拟原油在油田开采脱气后的水油混合液进行测试。实验证明该设计能够满足介质的区分测量,具有良好的准确性。 Detecting the water content of crude oil is an important link in the process of oil extraction.Appropriate detection methods can improve the working efficiency of oil-gas-water separation in the three-phase separator.This paper analyzes several methods suitable for measuring the oil-water content of a three-phase separator in the current automated process.The capacitance method is selected to detect the water content of oil,so the software and hardware system is designed and the experimental platform is built.The water and edible oil are used to simulate the water oil mixture after degassing of crude oil in the oil field.The experimental results show that the design can meet the distinguishing measurement of media and has good accuracy.
